Center for Industrial Technology
The Center for Industrial Technology aims to generate a new breed of technical manpower who possess not only a high degree of technical competence but also superior leadership qualities and an appreciative attitude towards industrial work.
The center also caters to the Industrial Sector to upgrade its manpower to be able to meet its technological requirements. Thus, it spearheads the thrust of the University to help in the industrialization of Northern Mindanao.

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
The three-year post secondary course is offered in a three-term school year. Classes average eight hours a day, five days a week - simulating working schedules in industry.
During the first year, a common curricula is followed. For the second and third year, the students branch out to their respective specializations.
