GENERAL ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
2nd SEM SY 2011-2012
I. FOR OLD STUDENTS (students who were enrolled during 1st SEM, SY 2011-2012) and INTERNAL TRANSFEREES (shiftees)
STEP 1 Pay down payment at the finance office
STEP 2
i) Old Students
- Proceed to the Office of the Dean/Chairperson for grades and print-out of study load.
ii) Internal Transferees
- Get your grades at the office of your present Dean/Chairperson.
- Request for a permit to shift at the Dean’s Office.
- Proceed to the Guidance and Counseling Office for counseling, if required by your new college/school Dean
- Proceed to the Dean’s Office of your new college/school for interview, crediting of subjects taken and evaluation.
- Get print-out of study load at the Office of the Dean/Department Chair of Program.
STEP 3 Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for final validation.
II. FOR NEW FRESHMEN and EXTERNAL TRANSFEREES admitted by the Admissions Office
STEP 1 Pay downpayment at the Finance Office.
STEP 2
i) New Freshmen
- Proceed to the Dean’s Office for interview and get print-out of study load.
ii) External Transferees
- Proceed to the Dean’s Office for your interview, crediting of subjects taken and evaluation.
- Get print-out of study load at the Office of the Dean/Department Chair of program.
STEP 3 Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for final validation.
STEP 4 Proceed to the Magis Bookstore for processing of ID on or before November 19, 2011.
III. RETURNEES (students who stopped schooling at XU but did not transfer to another school)
STEP 1 Proceed to the Admissions’s Office.
STEP 2 Please report to your college/school dean’s office with your complete set of grades or transcript
of records for evaluation.
STEP 3 Pay downpayment at the Finance Office.
STEP 4
- If a shiftee, please follow same procedure as internal transferee except for the grades.
- If not a shiftee, get a print-out of your study load at the Office of the Dean/Department Chair of program.
STEP 5 Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for final validation.
STEP 6 Proceed to the Magis Bookstore for processing of ID on or before November 19, 2011.
IV. FOREIGN STUDENTS and AUDIT STUDENTS
- Report to Ms. Marillac Raut at the Registrar’s Office.
