RE:  Requests for Transcript of Records, Diplomas and other Credentials

The Office of the University Registrar is pleased to announce that  online requests  for Transcript of Records, diplomas and other credentials  are now accepted (except for graduates of non-PAASCU accredited programs* for SY 2019-2020)  with the ff options:

Option A.  The documents will be delivered to the student’s home address via LBC or DHL.

Option B.  Scanned copies of the documents will be emailed to the student.

Option C.  Documents which were ready for release before campus shutdown will be delivered to the student’s appointed address.

Option D.  (For Cagayan de Oro residents only) The documents will be picked up at the Registrar’s Office.

 

Graduates of non-PAASCU accredited programs* for SY 2019-2020 may request for their credentials upon the availability of their Special Order from CHED.
