Gregory Louis Magbanua, a graduate of Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan of the School of Business and Management Class of 2018, was named last July 9, 2022 as one of the participants in the Youth IN: Youth For Inclusive Democracy - Igniting Participation and Engagement in the Filipino Youth Agenda (Mindanao Run), a program that aims to equip young leaders with the relevant skills and abilities to engage in critical self-reflection, in order to meaningfully engage with and among incumbent and aspiring government officials.

The three-module online training is designed to impart principles and tools that will enable the participants to push for their own youth policy agenda. Concretely, participating youth leaders will learn from practitioners, as they craft their respective local youth development agendas using the step-by-step guides, inputs, and tools that are embedded in the asynchronous sessions.

Through the Executive Education Program of Ateneo School of Government and the support of Konrad-Adenauer-Stifiung Philippines, the Youth IN: Youth for INclusive Democracy (Igniting Participation and Engagement in the Filipino Youth Agenda) will continue its Mindanao Run this August 26 to September 17, 2022.

The Ateneo School of Government is the graduate school of leadership and public service of the Ateneo de Manila University. ASoG is part of the Ateneo Professional Schools, along with the grad schools of Law, Business, Medicine, and Public Health.

GREGORY LOUIS C. MAGBANUA, CFMP is currently taking up his Master’s in Public Administration in Xavier University - Graduate School of Business Management and Governance and also the current Youth Administrator of the Oro Youth Development Office - City Government of Cagayan de Oro.
