Each student leader's journey is unique having his/her own tales to tell and each one is brought together as one community to celebrate each other's accomplishments in overcoming the various challenges along the way and discovering the unwavering Atenean spirit.

"Striving for excellence is driven by the genuine desire to leave no one behind and driven by the desire to glorify God. Magis is about excellence that is done out of love and out of service for others" Mr Laurence Lumagbas, XUHS Alumnus, said in his Inspirational Address.

In a short interview, Grade 7 Magis Awardee, Joseph Jamero also shared his thoughts on Magis, which for him is to do more and strive for excellence. It is his personal motivation to become a better version of himself and he believes it as significant in improving himself along his journey as a student leader.

Following the conclusion of this activity, the XUJHS community is now looking forward to the exciting events that have been planned and organized for the upcoming school year.
