In celebration of excellence, commitment, and dedication, Magis Awards, yet again, bestows recognition to the exceptional leaders of Xavier Ateneo. For many years, service has been a well-known trade in the academe. Thus, honoring the outstanding achievements and contributions of the University constituents carries on, albeit with a fresh theme. The transition from full online to hybrid learning modality, among others, has beleaguered leadership and services across the different sectors and student councils. But all the more, magis flares among the great breed of Atenean leaders.

In its 17ᵗʰ year, Magis Awards beholds the remarkable efforts which cannot be described any less than going all in—doing the most of what can be done. Stories of empowerment and hope also grace this year. Despite the challenges, the Xavier Ateneo community, with its pool of adept students, organizations, and sterling projects, found a way to overcome and remain unfettered through the difficult times.
