In a remarkable display of intellect and prowess, three Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) scholars from Xavier Ateneo secured 2nd place in the prestigious PANAGTIGI: Quiz Bowl DRRM-CCA held at the Atrium at Limketkai in Cagayan de Oro on 05 October 2023. As students of the Xavier Ateneo College of Engineering, they demonstrated their knowledge in science, technology, disaster risk reduction, and climate change adaptation.

The scholars showcased their profound knowledge and won a cash prize and a symbolic token as a reward for their outstanding performance.

This achievement is indeed impressive and it sets a new standard in academic excellence, clearly indicating the quality of young talents that are awarded the DOST-SEI scholarship and educated at Xavier Ateneo.
