A. For Onsite Photo Capture

I. Schedule

All Undergraduate Schools and Colleges, Graduate School College of Law, and School of Medicine

 

 Monday to Friday  -  9:00 AM to 11:30 AM / 1:00 to 4:00 PM
Saturday                 -  9:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Venue:             University Bookstore (G/F Magis Student Complex)

II. Prescribed Attire

All Undergraduate Students    - Polo/Blouse (with collar, any color)
Graduate School and Law      - Business Attire or Polo/Blouse (with collar any color)
Medicine                                 - Prescribed School of Medicine Uniform

III. Not Allowed During ID Capture

1. Cap or any head gear; Head scarf is allowed for religious or medical reasons only
2. Contact lenses or eye glasses; Eyes should reflect their true color
3. Headphones or wireless hand-free devices
4. Earrings (Allowed for the ladies only but they should be small)
5. Excessively colored or dyed hair (Please see illustration below)
