I. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM AND OTHER DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

                                     1ST SEMESTER SY 2022-2023 IMPORTANT ADMISSION DATES
           Application Period: May 1, 2022 – July 11, 2022 | Deadline of application: July 11, 2022 (Monday)

2) The documents required for admission are shown below. Attach the requirements for admission thru the linkabove:

  • Latest Transcript of Records (certified true copy, scanned & upload as a single file in PDF only)
  • Transfer Credentials or Honorable Dismissal (XU graduates who enrolled in another school aftergraduation from XU, are required to submit the transfer credentials from last school attended)
  • NSO/PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate, scanned
  • NSO/PSA-authenticated Marriage Certificate, scanned (married women only)
  • Proof of Employment. Obtain a certificate indicating your duties and responsibilities. A minimum of workexperience is required. MASTER’S PROGRAM: 2 YRS | DOCTORAL PROGRAM: 5 YRS
  • Curriculum Vitae with Passport Size photo
  • Essay
    1) Briefly explain your reasons for desiring to pursue a Doctoral or Master degree in Management?
    2) What are the implications of COVID-19 on business?
    3) What do you consider to be your professional expertise?
    4) Please give a candid evaluation of yourself as a person, discussing in order of importance to you the personalcharacteristics you feel are your strengths and those you feel are weaknesses.

CONTINUING/RETURNING STUDENTSENROLMENT PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS
First Semester SY 2022-2023

Thank you for continuing your graduate studies in Xavier Ateneo.
Below is the enrollment procedure.

1. Log in to your Student Lifecycle Management and Information System (SLMIS),1. Log in to your Student Lifecycle Management and Information System (SLMIS),<https://slmis.xu.edu.ph> by using your existing SLMIS account. If you cannot access your account,contact the Computing and Information Service Office (CISO) at

a. 8539800 local 0 or
b. submit a ticket to https://xuhelpdesk.xu.edu.ph

       ii. CISO Department -> Account and Password Concerns

2. Upon accessing your SLMIS account, create a screenshot of your ‘My Course History’ via Self Service> Academic Records > My Course History

3. Fill out the Pre-Enrolment Form and upload a screenshot/scanned copy of your ‘My Course History’DBM | MBA | DPA | MPA: https://forms.gle/m51cmkdw3GCAwJx8A

4. Wait for an email from your Graduate Program Coordinator containing your approved study loadand payment instructions.

5. Pay the enrollment down payment of Php 3,000.00. For the procedures of online bankingtransactions and other payment options, please visit this link https://bit.ly/3eGPR6N. 6. Upload a screenshot/scanned copy of payment receipt / validated deposit slip with the full nameand reference number to https://forms.gle/Kr4DES9ruy3XR9oJ9
