A second undergraduate degree applicant has already completed an undergraduate program either in Xavier Ateneo or another school and intends to enroll in another program.
FOR GRADUATES OF XAVIER ATENEO
Note: You can disregard the Grade 12 Report Card (Form 138)/Transfer Credential requirements during enrollment. Only the other listed requirements need to be submitted.
A. If you are applying to a program with an entrance exam requirement, kindly head over here for the application details.
B. If you are applying to a program under waived entrance exam, completely fill-out this form here so you can be evaluated by the school/college that you are applying to. You will receive an email once approved. Then, kindly do Steps 2-4 found on this page.
FOR GRADUATES OF OTHER SCHOOLS
Second undergraduate degree applicants from other schools follow the admissions procedures for transferee applicants:
