The Xavier Ateneo Mindanao Leadership Summit for Athletes (MLSA) alumni, composed of Elaiza Nicole Pajigal (AB Psychology), Ella Bianca Estrera (AB International Studies), Sheena Ara Parantar (AB International Studies), and Lea Angela Sobremisana (BS Psych), through the leadership of XU Physical Education faculty member Jessica H. Esparrago, will organize team-building activities for all women student-athletes who will be participating at this year’s Mindanao Peace Games (MPG) in Butuan City.

The event is set on October 19 and 20. Mona Lisa Pangan, one of the university's campus ministers and a graduate of Master in Sociology, will talk understanding and appreciating differences.

All women student-athletes who will be participating in the 4th MPG in Butuan City on October 26-30 will attend the talk, to be held at the PE Hall, 6th floor of the Social Science building.

The following day, the participants will join the team-building activities at the Cagayan de Oro river, including Dragon Boat, to be facilitated by the Dragon Boat Kagay-an, a local group that aims to promote the sport in the region.

The activities form part of the formation program of Xavier Ateneo's University Athletics Office (UAO).∎
