Xavier Ecoville, the resettlement and relocation project of Xavier University with the city government, is a grateful beneficiary of the Typhoon Sendong Fund Drive organized by the Filipino Community of Guam (FCG). Leah Beth Naholowaa, FCG president, personally handed XU President Fr Roberto Yap SJ a check worth USD 29,000 to help in the construction of houses and other community facilities at Xavier Ecoville. 

Besides, FCG, through Ayuda Foundation, will be shipping donated medical supplies and equipment worth $20,000 to the Maria Reyna-Xavier University Hospital.  The organization also gave $9,000 to typhoon survivors in Iligan City through Gawad Kalinga.
