Summit Date

(Concurrent sessions: February 10, 2016 (1-6PM) at AVR 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and Nursing Amphitheater

 

Objectives of the Research Summit 

1. To present the research engagements of XU full-time faculty and students to the XU community. 

2. To showcase exemplary and pioneering researches anchored on the XU's development goals on: 

a. Stronger formation 

b. Better administration 

c. Greater societal engagement particularly in the areas of food security, health, environment, governance and peace. 

 

Eligibility

All faculty members and students of XU who are involved in research engagements funded by the Kinaadman Research Center (KRC) or externally funded by other funding agencies. 

 

Mechanics 

1. Email abstract to KRC (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) on or before December 11, 2015. 

2. KRC will categorize the submitted abstracts according to thematic agenda or discipline. 

3. Submit soft copy of the presentation in PowerPoint format on or before January 15, 2016. 

4. The researchers will be informed as to the time slot and venue of their presentation. 

 

Dates to remember 

1. December 11, 2015 - Deadline for submission of abstract 

2. January 15, 2016 - Deadline for the soft copy of presentation in PowerPoint format 

3. January 27, 2016 (2-3PM) - Summit briefing of presentors
