A 2007 Accountancy graduate of Xavier University ranked second in the April 2016 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure (REAL) Examination.

XU’s Jeno Abcede Un garnered 87.50%, along with two other takers.

Xavier also reaped a 55.67% passing rate after 54 out of the 94 takers successfully passed the said exam. The national passing rate is 33.5%.

“We congratulate all our alumni from different colleges for their success in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination,” said XU president Fr Roberto C Yap SJ in his message to the academic community.

“Their achievement gives much inspiration to our recently established Real Estate Management program under the School of Business and Management which had its first graduates last March 2016,” Yap added.

The Professional Regulation Commission reported that 1,271 out of 3,794 passed the REAL Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last month.
