The XU Atiman Kinaiyahan is a tree-growing program initiative by the Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan to expand green spaces and adopt watersheds to improve air quality, build climate resilience, and conserve biodiversity. It presents a five-year plan to plant at least 15,000 seedlings of indigenous trees, endemic tree species, and bamboo hills.

With several planting sites across Cagayan de Oro City and Bukidnon (primarily El Gaucho, Cagayan de Oro and Sumilao, Bukidnon), the program entails launching the tree growing program, seed collection, tree propagation, seedling donation, tree planting, and tree growing.

Atiman Kinaiyahan is spearheaded by its own committee, drawing on the collective efforts of the Xavier University community and external partners. These include the Campus of the Future Office, SIAP, the Green Campus Agenda Committee, the Laudato Si' University Committee, the XU Lands Office, the National Service Training Program, as well as volunteers, administrators, faculty, staff, formators, students, alumni, Cebu Landmasters Incorporated, and members of the El Gaucho Homeowners Association.
