Higher Education Online Admissions and Enrolment Procedure for 1st  Semester SY 2022-23
PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION APPLICANTS

 

Step1 

Prof Ed applicants, whether XU and Non-XU graduates, need to take and pass the Online College Entrance Examination (OCEE). Details of the registration process and examination dates are found on this page: https://www.xu.edu.ph/testing-dates

Step2           

Go to this link apply.xu.edu.ph/exam_results to view the test results. If score meets the general Cutoff or higher, then applicant creates an account in the admissions portal.

After successful processing of application in the admissions portal, an ADMISSIONS CLEARANCE will be sent to the applicant’s registered email. The Admissions Clearance will be used to proceed with the online enrolment registration.

Step3        

Pay the required down payment of Php3,000.00

Go to this link https://www.xu.edu.ph/payment-centers-finance to view the list of accredited XU payment centers.

 

IMPORTANT: Secure ADMISSIONS CLEARANCE prior to making a down payment. Carefully

follow the instructions in filling out the bank forms as indicated on the Admissions Clearance.

Step4       

Process Online Enrollment Registration of your school/college by accessing the link: https://www.xu.edu.ph/admissions-enrollment.

 

Prepare clear scanned copies or photo of the following requirements:

  1. Admissions Clearance
  2. Validated Down Payment Deposit Slip
  3. PSA Birth Certificate (for Non-XU Graduates)
  4. Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (for Non-XU Graduates)
  • After completing the online registration, a notification will be sent to you via email
    regarding the status of your application for enrollment in XU. If successful, you will
    be given your Login credentials to access the Student Lifecycle Management and
    Information System (SLMIS) to check your class schedule and other related information.
