Other Scholarships
1. Athletics and Performing Arts Scholarship
Varsity and performing arts group (Dance Troupe, Glee Club, Dulaang Atenista, XU Band) members are granted scholarships based on active membership and excellent performance as athletes and resident artists of Xavier Ateneo respectively. They render service to the University and to the wider community through their active participation in the promotion of sports, culture, and the arts.
Interested scholarship applicants may contact the XU Athletics Office and the XU Center for Culture and Arts Office through the XU Helpdesk here.
2. Government Scholarships
Xavier Ateneo also accepts scholars of various government units and agencies such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
- Department of Science and Technology (DOST)
- Cagayan de Oro City Government Scholarship Program
- Overseas Workers Welfare Association (OWWA)
- Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO)
- AFP Educational Benefit System Office (AFEBSO)
- Government Service Insurance System (GSIS)
These government units and agencies offer scholarships for Filipino senior high school graduates and college students. Interested applicants may contact these offices for the details of the scholarship programs they offer.
