Exam permit will be sent through email containing your exam schedule, venue, and other important information.

Please take note of the following:

1. Currently, we are only accepting online payments through our registration form for the exam fee. Over-the-counter payments are not accepted as of the moment.
2. Only registered applicants with verified exam permits are permitted to take the test on the exam date reflected on their permits. Strictly no walk-ins.
3. Rescheduling of exam dates is highly discouraged. We cannot guarantee the approval of reschedule requests.
