earned her Bachelor of Arts at Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology in Iligan City. She has recently joined the 55th batch of writers in the Silliman University National Writers Workshop in Dumaguete City.  She writes fiction but has recently refocused her creative juice on nonfiction.  She has recently received a grant as language assistant in a university in Spain.
