Daniel Franco G. Pobe, was born and raised in Siargao Island, also known as the surfing capital of the Philippines. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, he has been dabbling  in poetry and fiction since Fifth Grade. Daniel became an Assistant Feature Editor of The Informer, the official publication of his alma mater, Caraga Regional Science High School. His poems were published in the online journal The Diarist Projects in 2018-2020. Currently, he is a graduating senior under the English Language Program at Xavier Ateneo.
