Museo de Oro opens the group art exhibit of this year's SINING SA TAG-ULAN Group Art Exhibit today at 3:00 PM. SINING SA TAG-ULAN is an annual visual arts workshop and a flagship project of Museo de Oro founded by the late Nonoy Estarte and now headed by Mr Oscar Floirendo with Mr Rey G Bollozos serving as the Master Artist.
