Name: Unice Sue A. Raagas
Year: Grade 11 Demetrio

Description:
In our world,we have two main races. As a youth, whether you are either one of the two, you are still the hope of the future. As our National Hero Jose Rizal said, "Ang Kabataan ay pag-asa ng bayan." Which means as a youth, and whether we have different nationalities, we are the hope our country. And the torch represents hope.

The five youths that surround the banner represent the five cultures. The Westerners, Easterners, South Easterners, Africans and Middle Easterners. In their eyes, they represent not only the country where they are from but also to the countries living on the same area or/and culture. (The youths from left to right: China, United States of America, The Philippines, South Africa and Lebanon)

I emphasized a little bit of our country. In Philippines' hair, the three flowers represent Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

The white figures that surround the world represent the music and beats that play from different parts of the world. Because most youths are musically inclined.

My dear brothers and sisters from all around the globe,it is never too late to do what is right. Let us raise awareness and spread the hope that we all shall light up together. Let us preserve our country's culture and be the hope as we all are.

YOUTH POSTER

Name: Jeri Marie P. Tabiliran

Course and Year: STEM 12 (SHS)
Brief description of the poster:
The theme "Journeying with the Youth in Hope" is exemplified in a metaphorical way. It is seen that the people are rowing through a glowing river with cracked land. It represents the truth in which no matter the circumstance nor struggle hence the cracked land, hope will never fail to get us by hence the river. In journeying with the youth in hope, there is much promise and potential to look forward to, which is something we all need to remind ourselves when times get tough.
