Gender-Responsive Research Program (GRRP) refers to Xavier University’s collaborative research initiatives aimed at empowering both the institution and its partner communities toward gender-responsive development and inclusive growth. The program incorporates gender perspectives into academic research and course content to ensure that teaching and learning are inclusive, responsive to gender concerns, and aligned with Gender and Development (GAD) principles. It also encourages faculty and students to pursue research that addresses gender-related issues and promotes equity across various fields of study.
