- For E-blast and Web Update Requests
- Requesting Unit must fill out Eblast & Web Update Request Form on the web (https://bit.ly/CPO-EWEB) at least 3 days before the scheduled e-blast.
- Specific instructions:
• Preferred date & time to e-blast
• Re-eblast is discouraged to prevent flooding of email unless necessary (e.g. survey, registration, evaluation). Requests for re-eblast are subject to CPO approval to control email traffic.
• Requesting units are expected to submit their own articles. Articles must be finalized/proofread prior to submission and must contain a maximum of two photos only with/without appropriate captions.
• High resolution and final layout of poster or attachment in JPG or PNG format which has undergone proofreading to prevent erratum email following the e-blast. - EBLAST – The following may be requested for e-blast:
• Announcements from all the units of the university
(Achievements, Memo, Policies, etc.)
• Webinars/seminars or special courses offered - For requests from student organizations, an endorsement/approval from OSA is required prior to dissemination. (Only OSA-approved requests will be processed.)
- As a general rule, e-blasts will be disseminated once only.
- The CPO team will email the requesting unit/office if there are details that need verification or clarification. CPO will confirm the schedule of posting.
- WEBSITE UPDATE – To maximize the performance of the website, the following will be accommodated:

8. The CPO reserves the right to decline requests that may have an impact on the performance of the website and the image of the university. (Please adhere to the University Identity manual.)
- For Project Requests
- Requesting Unit must first fill out the Project Request Form found on the web ( https://bit.ly/CPO-PRF ) for proper tracking and queuing as the CPO Team works on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The CPO team will email to verify or clarify the details of the request and to properly queue the order. CPO will signify approval of the request.
- Requests should be made at least ONE (1) week before the intended date of use.
- Project-based requests will cover the following:
• Layout services
• Request for photo documentation - Fees for Project Requests will be reinstated this academic year 2023-24. Details will follow.
