The People Management Association of the Philippines – Asian Institute of Human Resource Management, in collaboration with Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan are pleased to announce that PMAP’s flagship educational program: Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) is now open for enrollment.

This program is for HR Practitioners, People Managers and Supervisors. Its completion may facilitate the conferment of the professional title, Associate Fellow in People Management (AFPM).

This comprehensive and all-inclusive program on human resources management consists of five (5) certificate programs in:

  • Human Resource Development
  • Human Resource Planning and Acquisition
  • Compensation Management
  • Labor Relations
  • Organization Development


This formal educational program will be conducted at Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan (Xavier Ateneo) starting June 2021.  Each course will earn a credit of 3 units (should you enroll in a related graduate program) and will run for eight (8) whole Saturdays (see schedule below).

Nine (9) People Managers successfully finished the Certificate Course in Organization Development (OD) under the DHRM Program of Xavier Ateneo last May 29, 2021.

For this batch, five (5) of them had completed the five certificate courses which will earn them a Diploma in Human Resource Management.

The course culminated with a 2-hour special learning session in Organization Development with the topic “Trends Shaping the Future of Organizations: Future Proofing the OD Practitioner”, passionately shared by a guest speaker from Manila, Dr Thelma Geraldine Baricaua (Former Vice-President and Dean – College of Arts and Sciences in San Beda College, Alabang).
