- My current school identification card has no grade level and/or school year, what should I do?
Upload your school ID together with your Certificate of Enrollment or Report Card. Make sure that your complete name, grade level, and school year must be indicated in the submitted documents to avoid rejection of your application.
- I successfully applied for the entrance exam, why is my application still pending?
The Testing and Admissions Office is in the process of verifying the submitted documents. Make sure that you have uploaded the correct documents.
- What to do when my application is rejected?
The online application is rejected due to any of the following reasons:
- The requirements are not valid.
- Check your email for the rejection notice or log in to your account to view the remarks and follow the instructions provided.
- You forgot to tick the “I Agree” confirmation button.
To resolve the issue, please Log in to your account, go to the Entrance Test Page, and tick the confirmation button, and click submit or kindly click this link for the step-by-step instruction.
- What should I do when my application is still rejected after resubmitting the requirements?
The online application is rejected due to any of the following reasons:
- The requirements are still not valid. Click here for the list of requirements.
- You forgot to tick the “I Agree” confirmation button.

- How long does it usually take to get my test permit?
Processing of the test permit may take 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- What can I do if I forgot my online application password?
Please go to the online applicant’s portal, click “Forgot Password” and follow the given instructions or you may click here for the step-by-step instructions.
- I misspelled my name on the applicant portal, what should I do?

- I can no longer choose a test date on the registration link given, what does it mean?
The unavailability of test dates means that there are no longer available slots for the exam.
- I was not able to take my original exam date because I was late/absent, can I still be reconsidered for another schedule?
Rescheduling of exams is highly discouraged due to slot availability. Students should review their exam schedules in advance and plan their activities accordingly to avoid any conflicts.
- What should I do if I haven't received an update on my exam application?
If you still haven’t received any update from your exam application until five (5) days before your chosen examination date, you may send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. - Can I bring a scratch paper and a calculator with me during the exam?
No. Scratch papers for the exam will be provided by the examiner. Calculators along with other gadgets such as cellphones, tablets, and smart watches, are strictly prohibited. Please refer to your permit-to-exam for the requirements.
- Can I eat while taking the exam?
No. When the exam starts, all examinees are not allowed to eat their snacks and meals while taking the test. However, you can bring water, please ensure you read the guidelines regarding the prohibition of single-use plastic water bottles and other single-use plastics. For more information, click here.
- What should I bring during the exam?

- I am interested in applying for the Accelerated Pathway for Medicine Program (APMed), what should I do?

You need to take and pass the entrance examination. Schedule will be posted on our webpage sometime in April 2025. For more information, click here. Please further note that there are graduate programs that does not require an entrance exam. It is advisable that you communicate with the graduate coordinator first before sending your application.
- What should I do if I haven't received an email notification regarding my exam results after the expected date?
If you haven’t received an email notification about your exam results after the expected release date, please check your email inbox, including your spam and archive folders. Kindly ensure that your inbox has enough space to receive new emails. If there are still no email notifications received despite this, please send us an email.

- What should I do to update my email address if I mistyped it during registration or no longer have access to it?
