  1. What should I do when my application is still rejected after submitting the needed requirements?

Online application is rejected due to any of the following reasons:

●   Requirements are not valid. Please visit #1 of this page for the list of acceptable requirements

●   You forgot to tick the “I Agree” confirmation button
To resolve the issue, please Log in to your account, go to the
Entrance Test Page, and tick the confirmation button.

  1. My current school identification card has no grade level and/or school year, what should I do?

Kindly visit #1 of this page for the list of acceptable requirements.

  1. I successfully applied for the entrance exam, why is my application still pending?

The Testing and Admissions Office is in the process of validating your application. Please note that submission of incomplete requirements can cause rejection of your application.

  1. How long does it usually take to get my test permit?

Processing of the test permit may take 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  1. What can I do if I forgot my online application password?

Please go to the online applicant’s portal, click “Forgot Password” and follow the given instructions.

  1. How many times should an entrance exam be taken?

          You are only allowed to take the exam once.

  1. What subjects should I study for the exam?

All information about the exam will not be disclosed to the applicants.

  1. I took the Xavier Ateneo online entrance exam. Can I still use my exam result to enroll in the university?

The test result is no longer valid due to changes of exam modality (Online to Onsite testing).

  1. I misspelled my name on the applicant portal, what should I do?

  1. I can no longer choose a test date on the registration link given, what does it mean?

The unavailability of the test dates means that there are no longer slots for the exam.

  1. I was not able to take my original exam date because I was late/absent, can I still be reconsidered for another schedule?

Rescheduling of exams is highly discouraged due to slots availability and processing will require more time.

  1. I already took the exam from the previous year, do I still need to take another entrance exam?

Exam results are no longer valid due to changes of exam modality (Online to Onsite testing).

  1. What should I do if I haven't received an update on my application?

  1. Can I bring a scratch paper and a calculator with me during the exam?

Scratch papers for the exam will be provided by the examiner. Meanwhile, calculators along with other gadgets such as cellphones, tablets, smart watches, and the like will be strictly prohibited. These types of belongings are requested to be kept inside your bags since they are placed away from you during the course of the exam.

  1. Can I bring snacks or bottled water during the exam?

When the exam starts, all examinees are not allowed to eat their snacks and meals in between exam hours except for drinking water. However, you have to make sure to bring your flasks since the university prohibits the use of single-use plastic (e.g. plastic-bottled beverages).

  1. What should I bring during the exam?

You need to prepare the following:

●   pencil (2pcs, preferably Mongol #2)
●   Valid School ID
●   Test Permit
