Enrollment Process for Continuing / Returning Students

Second Semester, AY 2023-2024

Regular Enrollment:           08-13 January 2024
Delayed Enrollment:          15-27 January 2024
Class Sessions:                20 January 2024 to 29 May 2024

Thank you for continuing your graduate studies in Xavier Ateneo.
Below is the enrollment procedure.

  1. Log in to your Student Lifecycle Management and Information System (SLMIS), https://slmis.xu.edu.ph by using your existing SLMIS account.

   If you cannot access your account contact the Computing and Information Service Office (CISO) at 

a. 8539800 local 0 or
b. submit a ticket to https://xuhelpdesk.xu.edu.ph.

ii. CISO Department -> Account and Password Concerns

  1. Upon accessing your SLMIS account, create a screenshot of your ‘My Course History’ via Self Service > Academic Records > My Course History
  1. Fill out the Pre-Enrolment Form and upload a screenshot/scanned copy of your ‘My Course History: https://forms.gle/32yuqsREz7jDZoVo8        
  1. Wait for an email from your Graduate Program Coordinator containing your approved study load and payment instructions.
  1. Pay the enrollment down payment of Php 4,000.00. For the procedures of online banking transactions and other payment options, please visit this link https://bit.ly/3eGPR6N.

  1. Upload a screenshot/scanned copy of payment receipt / validated deposit slip with the full name and reference number to https://forms.gle/34C9QUiZ1vvcfeJL9
  1. Wait for an email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. confirming that your SLMIS account has been term activated.
