I. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM AND OTHER DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

2. Attach the following requirements for admission thru the link above:
● Latest Transcript of Records (certified copy, scanned)
● Transfer of Credentials (scanned)
● NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate (scanned)
● School/Company ID or any Valid ID (scanned)
● Essay: Statement of Purpose. 600-800 words
II. INTERVIEW
1. Wait for email notification of the online interview via Google Meet. Please confirm your attendance as soon as you receive the online interview's schedule.
2. Interview with the Dean or Graduate Program Coordinator.
3. The result of the interview will be sent to your email.
