Testing Dates:

NEW/KINDERGARTEN - Schedules are on weekdays
TRANSFEREES - Schedules are on Saturdays starting April

First Come, First Served Basis

Requirements:

1. PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE
   
   1. (For incoming Kindergarten, they must be at least 5 years old by 31 October 2024)

2. REPORT CARD WITH LRN (Learner’s Reference Number)
   1. (Not required for incoming Kindergarten, but if with previous schooling background, please upload the document)

3. FORMAL ID PICTURE (i.e 1X1, 2X2, Passport-size)

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Register for the exam online through: tinyurl.com/XUGSApply
   1. Fill in all information in the Profile and Entrance Test Tabs
   2. Important Note: For Kindergarten, you will be asked to choose a CLASS schedule (AM or PM). Once you choose an EXAM schedule, it will show you for what CLASS Schedule you will be assigned during enrollment. If it shows For AM Class Schedule, and you want to enroll in the PM Class Schedule or vice versa, please choose another EXAM schedule. If there's none, as slots are limited per day, please check every Wednesday because we will update schedules for the next week.

    

2. Check your email within 1-2 days for the Verified Email.
3. Follow instructions in the Verified Email to pay the 250.00 pesos exam fee ONLINE (GCASH OR PAYMAYA).
4. Check email within 2-3 days for the exam permit containing the exam details.
