How to Apply:
- Create an account and complete the application form here: : https://bit.ly/XUJHSExam
- Proceed to payment. All payments are to be made online. Over-the-counter payments will not be accepted.
- Once application is verified, your exam permit will be sent via email, containing your exam schedule, venue, and other important details.
- Test results will be sent to your email address 2-3 weeks after the examination schedule.
- The applicant will proceed with the admissions process and will need to upload the following documents:
a. PSA Birth Certificate
b. Report Card
c. Good Moral Certificate
d. Medical Assessment (if applicable). - Students who have passed the exam will receive a schedule for their interview.
- All applicants will be interviewed.
- Results of the admissions process will be sent to your email.
- Applicants who have passed can proceed with the enrollment process.

- Strictly no walk-ins. Only registered applicants with a verified exam permit will be allowed to take the test on the selected date.
