Kinaadman uses a double-blind review system for research and literary submissions, which means that both the reviewer and the author are concealed from each other throughout the review process. A Review Form is given to the Reviewer who may use either a close (checklist) or open (narrative) format, or both. To keep the integrity of this process,
manuscripts and reviews are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity. A reviewer who senses a potential ethical issues in the paper should bring the matter to the attention of the editor.
