ONLINE APPLICATION FOR THE SBM GRADUATE STUDIES COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION

Step 1                          

The applicant checks if his academic requirements is complete via his Student Lifecycle Management and InformationThe applicant checks if his academic requirements is complete via his Student Lifecycle Management and InformationSystem (SLMIS) account. If complete, proceed to STEP 2. If not, comply with the academic requirements first.


Upon accessing your SLMIS account, create a screenshot of your ‘My Course History’ via Self Service> Academic Records > My Course History

Step 2

Download the SBMGS-Form 2 Comprehensive Exam Application Form, fill-out the application completely. *Incomplete application will not be process

Step 3 

Pay the comprehensive examination fee and tuition. For payment details, please refer below:
       *Secure Admit to Exam form (Finance office)

    •  BPI account no: 9330-0016-55 (non-tuition)
    •  Reference Code: 5101-9131 DEP-SBM GRAD STUDIES COMPRE & THESIS
    •  banking hours, Mondays to Saturdays
    •  over the counter at any branch ATM, Internet, Telephone for BPI acct holders (enrollment at branch of acct is required) 24/7

SBM-GS office will review the application and notify the applicant if there are any issues.

    •  SBMGS-Form 2 Comprehensive Exam Application Form
    •  A screenshot of your ‘My Course History’ from SLMIS
    •  Proof of Comprehensive Exam Payment

Step 5

The Finance Office verifies payment, and the Registrar's Office validates that the student has completed all academic courses and entry/admission requirements. If there are any problems, the applicant will be notified.

Step 6

The SBM Graduate Studies office will notify the applicant via email of the approved application, along with the ff:

    •  Final Schedule of Comprehensive Exam
    •  Comprehensive Examination Guidelines
    •  Google Meet invitation
