General Enrollment Procedure
For continuing freshmen and upperclassmen
Second Semester, AY 2021-2022
January 10-15, 2022
1. Pay down payment.
Pay a minimum of Php 3,000.00 down payment at the Finance Office or any of the accredited payment centers found in this link. (
2. Accomplish enrollment form.
Accomplish the enrollment form of your respective college. Form links can be found in this link. (
3. Wait for term activation.
After completing the form for enrollment, wait for your term activation.
4. Enroll courses in your prescribed study load.
Once term activated, proceed to self-service enrollment and enroll the courses in your approved study load.
5. Verify enrolled courses.
Make sure you are enrolled in ALL your courses for the second semester, both 3rd and 4th quarters.
Regularly check your email for notices from the Finance Office, CISO, Registrar’s Office or your Department Chair for some deficiencies that may cause delays in the processing of your enrollment
