Admission Requirements for Academic Year 2026-2027
The Xavier Ateneo Advance Medicine Program at Xavier University Dr Jose P Rizal School of Medicine, offers a streamlined and expert-guided journey for future doctors. This comprehensive 7-year straight program is meticulously structured to ensure a smooth, continuous path from foundational science to clinical practice:
- Two years dedicated to the Pre-Medicine curriculum.
- Four years of intensive Medical proper education.
- One year of essential Post-Graduate Internship.
This integrated approach ensures that the students receive thorough preparation and expert support at every stage of their educational journey.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission:
To be eligible for admission to the Xavier Ateneo - Advance Medicine Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be recent graduates of Senior High School, specifically from Grade 12. (Those taking a 1 gap year may also apply.)
- The degree must be in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) strand.
- Applicants must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 90 percentile or above in both Grade 11 and Grade 12 (using the GWA from the 1st quarter).
- Applicants must not have any grades lower than 85% in Mathematics and Science courses/subjects.
- Applicants must pass the Xavier Ateneo Entrance Examination for Higher Education with a score of 75 Percentile or higher.
- Applicants must not be transferees or shiftees from another school. Additionally, those who have been enrolled in a college-level bachelor’s degree program are not eligible.
Application Requirements:
All documents must be uploaded in a portrait-oriented JPEG file, with a minimum size of 1MB.

- Certificate of Enrollment
- Valid ID
