Must be physically fit to do fieldwork Preferably available on weekends Must be comfortable with swimming skills Must undergo capacity-building trainings	Must be organized Must possess basic writing skills Must be knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)	Must be creative Must be knowledgeable in photography, videography, graphic design, lay-outing Must be knowledgeable in any of the the following software: Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas
