Step 1 Fill out the registration form through this link.

Upon registration, kindly follow the complete name according to your PSA Birth Certificate. Carefully
follow the instructions and upload the correct documents to avoid delay and rejection of your application
for the examination.
Step 2 Upload a clear scanned copy of the following requirements:
NOTE: Please make sure that your name, grade level, and school year are clearly indicated on the
document to avoid rejection of your application.
a.) Valid school ID (front and back)
b.) Grade 12 Report Card or Certificate of Enrollment officially signed by
the School Principal or School Registrar

Step 3 Select a TEST DATE and TEST SITE for the Scholarship/Entrance Examination.
The examination date selected by the examinee during registration is final.

Step 4 Pay the amount of 350 php as a testing fee via payment centers (GCash, GrabPay, or PayMaya) indicated
in the application portal. The system generated QR code has a time limit. We encourage you to ready the
payment before paying.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• Please be informed that the testing fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly encourage
you to consider your decision thoroughly before making the Processing may take 7-10 working days,

• Once your registration application is approved, wait for an email from the Testing and Admissions Office or
you may log in to your account for your Permit-to-Exam. The exam permit is proof that your application
for testing has been approved. Read the instructions in the Permit-to-Exam for further details before going
to your room assignment on the scheduled examination date.
