Continuing and Returning Students
UPPERCLASSMEN & CONTINUING FRESHMEN
- Login to MasterSoft portal. Use the credentials sent to your My XU email to login to the portal (https://sisstudent.mastersofterp.com/). See guide video in navigating Mastersoft in this link.
- Update student profile. Update and complete the information asked in the portal before proceeding to your enrollment.
- Pay down payment. Pay minimum down payment of Php 3,000.00 through the portal via SmartPay channels, at the Finance Office, or any of the accredited payment centers found in this link (https://www.xu.edu.ph/payment-centers-finance).
- Wait for approval. The Finance Office will acknowledge your payment. The Department/Dean will verify your enrollment status. Then, the Registrar will activate your SLMIS account for the term. You will be notified via email once these are completed.
- Enroll courses in your prescribed study load. Once term activated, proceed to self-service enrollment and enroll ALL the courses in your approved study load.
- Verify enrolled courses. Make sure you are enrolled in ALL your courses for the semester.
