SCHOLARSHIP QUALIFYING EXAM REGISTRATION AY 2026-2027

For Incoming Grade 3 pupils only

 

Registration Period: 4 to 18 February 2026
Testing Date: 21 February 2026, 8:00 AM
Testing Venue: XUGS Pueblo Campus

 

Requirements:

1. REPORT CARD WITH LRN (Learner’s Reference Number)

● General Average of 87% and above, No Grade lower than 84% (2nd quarter of the current academic year)
● Conduct and Effort Grade at least Good (G)
● For XUGS pupils, no need to submit. The Registrar's Office has endorsed your report cards to the Scholarships Office.

2. FORMAL ID PICTURE (i.e 1X1, 2X2, Passport-size)

How to Apply:

FOR Existing XUGS Pupils

1. Register for the exam online via google forms through: bit.ly/ForXUGSPupils_SQE26-27
2. Wait for the email that the application was reviewed and verified within 1-2 days.
3. Follow instructions in the Verified Email to pay the 250.00 pesos exam fee.
4. Check email within 1 to 2 days for the exam permit containing the exam details.

 

FOR NON-XUGS Pupils

1. Create account and complete scholarship qualifying exam application through: bit.ly/XUGSApply
      a. Fill in all information in the Profile and Entrance Test Tabs
2. Choose Exam schedule and the click "Submit Application".
3. Wait for the email that the application was reviewed and verified within 1 to 2 days.
4. Once the application is verified, log in to your account and pay the 250.00 exam fee.
      Instructions are sent through email.
5. Check email within 1 to 2 days for the exam permit containing the exam details.
