The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) dean’s council with its thirteen (13) departments, represented by the unit heads recently convened for a two-day Mission Examen at the Dahilayan Mountain Pines Place from 17 to 18 July 2025.
Facilitated by Fr Antonio Moreno SJ, the CAS Mission Examen aimed to assess the blessings, and challenges, and discern the calls of the Spirit for the upcoming academic year. Through spiritual conversations and collaborative work, members of the CAS council sought to deepen understanding of their shared mission and identify areas for growth and improvement.
The Mission Examen provided an opportunity for a meaningful reflection, fostering a sense of unity and purpose among participants. As CAS comes together to chart a common path forward, challenges and opportunities were discussed with renewed passion and dedication.
The outcomes of the Mission Examen are expected to inform strategic decisions and initiatives, driving the college towards greater service to their stakeholders.
