Incoming Freshmen
> Grade 12 graduate students who are Incoming Freshmen
Note: BS Accountancy, Biology, Marine Biology, and Nursing programs will not accept Incoming Freshmen applicants for the 2nd semester.
Online Registration Process:
Step 1 Fill out the registration form through this link https://tinyurl.com/xuentranceexam.
Step 2 Upload a clear scanned copy of the following requirements:
a.) 2X2 recent photo (with white background)
b.) Valid school ID (front and back)
c.) Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA)

Step 3 Select a TEST DATE for the Entrance Examination.
The examination date selected by the examinee during registration is final.
Step 4 Pay the amount of 350 php as testing fee via payment centers (GCash, GrabPay, or PayMaya) embedded in the application portal.
IMPORTANT: Please be informed that the testing fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly encourage you to consider your decision thoroughly before making the payment.
Step 5 Once your registration application is approved, please wait for an email from the Testing and Admissions Office or you may log in to your account for your Permit-to-Exam. Processing may take 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
