Interim Guidelines on Student Activities, Cash Advances, Documentation and Liquidation Reports During Flexible Mode of Learning (AY 2020-2021)
Under the new normal/flexible learning mode, the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) continues to deliver its formation programs and other initiatives online with its thrust of making University life engaging and meaningful to students. OSA remains committed to provide students with leadership opportunities under any circumstance and wherever they may be. This way, students remain connected with the University and continuously contribute to a dynamic and meaningful student life.
The following interim guidelines on student activities and other processes are formulated to guide the student organizations on how to conduct their activities properly and safely.
- All on and off-campus activities are suspended during the flexible learning mode. All activities should be conducted online.
- Submission of required documents (e.g. project proposal, cash advance form, liquidation report, and documentation report) should be done through the SACDEV online portal available on this site.
- Submit project proposal and cash advance form at least 5 days before the implementation date.
- Submit liquidation and documentation reports within 15 days after the implementation of the activity.
- Original receipts of your purchases are still required for submission to the Office of Student Affairs. Please coordinate with the office for instructions.
