XUSHS Enrollment Schedule for AY 2023-2024

Grade 12 Regular Enrollment – 26-30 June 2023
Grade 11 Regular Enrollment – 01-15 July 2023

For all Incoming Grade 11 Students

 Once an applicant received an OFFER LETTER

Step 1. Proceed to pay the down payment     

Payment can be made through the following options:

  1. Finance Office XUSHS Pueblo Campus (Monday & Tuesday only),
  2. Finance Office Main Campus Divisoria,
  3. Accredited XU Bank Payment Centers.

The schedule of fees and minimum down payment may be accessed through

Scholars and Grant-in-Aid Recipients; ESC or QVR: If you have a NOTICE OF SCHOLARSHIP AWARD (NSA), or ESC/QVR Certificates you may skip this step and    proceed to the next step

ESC grantees/QV Recipients who currently have no Certificates need to pay the minimum down payment.

Step 2. Fill out the Enrollment Registration Sheet, link can be found in the OFFER LETTER.

Step 3. Upload a clear scanned copy of your Official Receipt, Proof of Payment or Validated Bank Slip (NSA for Scholars and Certificates for ESC grantees/QV, GIA recipients, G10 Report Card or Diploma if graduated from public school).

Please be reminded that validation of payment from the Finance Office takes 7-14 working days.  Once the down payment has been verified, you will receive an email from the Finance Office.

The hard copy of the following documents must be submitted to the Registrar's Office for you to be Officially Enrolled and to obtain the Admit to Class Slip:

  1. The XU Offer Letter (printed)
  2. Original Grade 10 Report Card marked “Eligible for transfer and admission to Grade 11”,
  3. Original copy of Certificate of Completion duly certified by the Principal or photocopy of Diploma,
  4. Original copy of Good Moral Certificate,
  5. Original copy of PSA or NSO Birth Certificate (Please see to it that the name that appears on the PSA/NSO Birth Certificate is readable. If it's not readable, be ready to submit a hard copy of the Certificate from the Local Civil Registry Office),
  6. Clear photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married female students).

FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS ONLY:

  1. The XU Offer Letter (printed)
  2. Original copy of Birth Certificate (with certified translation in English, if necessary),
  3. Original copy of DepEd Eligibility Admission to Grade 11
  4. Original copy of Transcript of Records or original Junior High School Report Card with English Translation,
  5. Original copy of Special Study Permit-SSP, Special Investor's Resident Visa-SIRV, Special Retiree's Resident Visa-SSRV,
  6. Clear photocopy of Passport,
  7. Clear photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration

An enrollment can be revoked if false information is provided and documents are falsified.

Incomplete Required Enrollment Documents will not be accepted.

For all Incoming Grade 12 Students

Step 1.  You will receive an email for the Notice of Promotion to Grade 12 from the Strand Head or via MS Teams.

Step 2. Proceed to pay the down payment.

Payment can be made through the following options:

  1. Finance Office XUSHS Pueblo Campus (Monday & Tuesday only),
  2. Finance Office Main Campus Divisoria,
  3. Accredited XU Bank Payment Centers.

Scholars and Grant-in-Aid Awardees; ESC or QVR recipients: If you have your NOTICE OF SCHOLARSHIP AWARD (NSA), or ESC/QVR Certificates you may skip this step and proceed to the next Step.

ESC/QVR recipients who currently have no Certificates need to pay the down payment.

Step 3. Fill out the Enrollment Registration Sheet, link can be found from the Notice of Promotion to Grade 12.

Step 4. Upload clear scanned copy of the following documents.

  • Screenshot of the Notice of Promotion
  • Validated Bank Slip (NSA for Scholars and Certificates for ESC grantees/QV and GIA recipients)                   

Please be reminded that validation of payment from the Finance Office takes 7-14 working days.  Once the down payment has been verified, you will receive an email from the Finance Office.

Step 5. The Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) and Admit to Class Slip will be sent to your email within 5-7 working days.

               The Finance and Registrar's Office will use the time to process your application.

An enrollment can be revoked if false information is provided and documents are falsified.

Print the ADMIT TO CLASS SLIP and submit it to your class moderator on the first day of class.

  1. Grade 11 First Semester Report Card marked (Eligible for Transfer & Admission to Grade 12)
  2. Grade 11 Second Semester Report Card marked (Eligible for Transfer & Admission to Grade 12)
  3. Honorable Dismissal

Step 5. Upload clear scanned copy of the following documents.

  • Screenshot of the Notice of Acceptance
  • Validated Bank Slip (NSA for Scholars and Certificates for ESC grantees/QV and GIA recipients)                         

Step 6. The Confirmation of Registration (COR) will be sent to your email within 5-7 working days.

The Finance and Registrar's Office will use the time to process your application.

Step 7. Submit a hard copy of the following documents at the Registrar’s Office for you to be Officially Enrolled and to obtain the Admit to Class Slip.

  1. The XU Offer Letter (printed)
  2. Original Grade 11 First & Second Semester Report Cards marked “Eligible for transfer and admission to Grade 12”,
  3. Original copy of Honorable Dismissal,
  4. Original copy of PSA or NSO Birth Certificate (Please see to it that the name that appears on the PSA/NSO Birth Certificate is readable. If it's not readable, be ready to submit a hard copy of the Certificate from the Local Civil Registry Office).
  5. Clear photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married female students),

FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS ONLY:
