As part of its advocacy for lifelong learning, Xavier Ateneo continues to host executive and vocational training programs that reach beyond traditional degree offerings. One such initiative was the IRODORI A1 Teachers’ Training held in collaboration with the Japan Foundation, Manila, and the Association of Nihongo Teachers in the Visayas.
Xavier Ateneo served as the host institution, offering logistical, promotional, and security support to facilitate the training. This collaborative engagement not only enhanced the university’s global linkages but also provided educators from across Mindanao with opportunities to strengthen their foreign language teaching competencies—further contributing to quality and diversity in Philippine education.
