Online Entrance Exam

For the List of courses under the waived entrance exam:

Xavier University Online Entrance Exam for Incoming Freshmen and Transferees for the 2nd semester of SY 2022-2023
(exclusive for Education, Engineering (except Industrial Engineering) and AB/BS Psychology)

Who is eligible to take this exam?

>Incoming Freshman
>College transferee
>Above-mentioned applicants who were NOT able to take the Scholarship/Entrance Exam last January-August 2022
>Applicants for the following courses: Education, Engineering (except Industrial Engineering) and AB/BS Psychology programs for the 2nd semester of SY 2022-2023

Registration Process:

1. Pay the amount of 170 php as exam fee through two options:

a. For bank payment, you may pay over the counter or through online fund transfer via this account:

b. Pay at the XU Main Campus Finance Office during business hours, Mondays to Fridays (dress code and protocols need to be observed for campus access. This may change depending on the IATF guidelines and/or University Finance Office Advisory).

2. Prepare the following:

a. Scanned copy of deposit slip or proof of payment (please write your complete name on the receipt) or official receipt from the XU Finance Office;

b. Scanned copy of a recent photo (with white background);

c. Scanned copy of a valid school ID (back to back) or scanned copy of a Certificate of Enrolment from the School Principal with student’s photo

3. Fill out the registration form through this link

            Please take note that after you have successfully uploaded your Proof of Payment and other documents and have submitted your Registration Form, XU Finance Office will verify and process your payment within 2-3 working days. Please ensure also that your complete name is indicated in the receipt. NO INDICATED COMPLETE NAME ON THE RECEIPT, NO PROCESSING/CLEARING OF PAYMENT

4. Once your registration application has been approved, wait for an email containing your Permit-to-Exam (processing may take 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays).
