Xavier University Entrance Exam for Incoming Freshmen for AY 2024-2025
Who is eligible to take this exam?
> Graduating Grade 12 students who are Incoming Freshmen
>Applicants who were NOT able to take the Scholarship Exam last January-February 2024
Registration Process:
- Fill out the registration form through this link:
https://xu-apply.mastersofterp.com/ApplicationLandingPage/Index/XU
- Prepare the following:
a. Scanned copy of recent photo (with white background);
b. Scanned copy of valid ID or scanned copy of Certificate of Enrolment from the
School Principal with student’s photo
c. Scanned copy of birth certificate (NSO/PSA)
- Pay the amount of 350 php as testing fee embedded within the application portal
(Gcash, GrabPay, or Maya Philippines).
* The testing fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Once your registration application has been approved, wait for an email from
the Testing Office containing your Permit-to-Exam (processing may take 7-10
working days, excluding weekends and holidays).
