A. Admissions
Step 1 Take Xavier University Entrance Exam
- May 9 to June 3, 2016 | Monday-Friday | 9AM and 2PM
- Requirements
- Testing Fee - P200(pay at Finance Office)
- Pencils #2
- 1 recent 1x1 picture
Step 2 Inquire Entrance Exam Results here
Step 3 Create Online Application account at http://apply.xu.edu.ph
- Fill in Personal Information
- Attach scanned copies of the following:
- High School Report Card (Form 138)
- Transfer Credentials/ Honorable Dismissal (for Transferee)
- Good Moral Character from Prefect of Discipline or HS Principal/Student Affairs
- NSO Birth Certificate
Step 4 Applicants will be notified via email on their application status
B. Enrollment
Step 1 Present printed Admissions Offer Letter and Pay down payment & other fees (medical and dental, placement exams) at the Finance Office
Step 2 Present receipt from Finance to XU Clinic for Medical and Dental checkup
Step 3 Submit Hard Copies of the following at the Registrar’s Office:
- Original High School Report Card (Form 138)
- Submit Good Moral Character (For Transferees) @ Office of Sudent Affairs
- Original and Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate (Original copy will be returned after verification)
- Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal (for Transferees)
- Original and Photocopy of NSO issued Marriage Contract (for female married student). Original copy will be returned after verification.
- Clearance slip from XU Clinic
Step 4 Take exam for the following:
- English Placement Test at the English Department
- Psychological Exam at the Counseling Office
Step 5 Proceed to CISO for SLMIS Account Creation
Step 6 Interview with the CIT Director
Step 7 Get Study Load from College Evaluator and verify courses taken through SLMIS account.
C. Post Enrollment
Step 1 Proceed to Book Center for ID processing
Step 2 Attend ORSEM
Step 3 Present orientation clearance signed by the Office of Student Affairs and Guidance & Counseling Office for release of ID and XU Handbook

The Basic Education Cluster is composed of the XU Grade School and High School, as well as the Center for Integrated Technologies (CIT) which is the technical-vocation school of the University. The first two units are headed by their respective Principals, while the CIT is headed by the Director.
