Online Admissions and Enrollment Process for Second Undergraduate Degree Applicants 2nd Semester AY 2024-2025

A second undergraduate degree applicant has already completed an undergraduate program either in Xavier Ateneo or another school and intends to enroll in another program.  

A. Admissions & Enrollment

Step 1. Apply and register online

Take and Pass the Xavier Ateneo College Entrance Examination. Details of the online registration process and examination dates can be found here. Please be reminded of the important reminders upon online registration to avoid rejection of your examinee application.

Important: Upon registration for the entrance examination, when selecting student type, please choose Transferee or XU 2nd courser undergraduate examinee.

After verification, a Test Permit will be issued three days before your selected examination date.

Please wait for an email notification on the release of your test results before proceeding to Step 2 below.

Step 2. Confirmation of college course preference

Open your account in the online application portal LINK and click on the Admissions tab to select the college course you are applying for. Accomplish all fields of the online form correctly, upload documentary requirements, if any, and click SAVE for confirmation.

Please allow 3-4 working days to verify your application. You will receive an update on the status of your college course application after a thorough review process. You may also check on the progress of your application in the portal.

Important: There are college courses that require a Dean’s interview before final approval of application for admissions. Failure to attend the scheduled interview and/or submit additional requirements may result in a delay or rejection of your admissions application.

● All successfully processed applicants will be emailed an Admissions Clearance. It serves as proof of admission to your chosen college course. The admissions clearance is also required for Step 3 below.

B. Enrollment

Step 3. Downpayment of School Tuition Fee

Pay the required down payment of Php3, 000.00 You may choose either online or over-the-counter payment. Check your online admissions account in the portal for the list of accredited banks.

Step 4. Online Enrollment and Offer Acceptance

Prepare clear photos or scanned copies of the following documents for uploading and accomplish all fields of the online form correctly:

For Graduates of other schools
a) Clearance Slip from the XU Clinic
b) *Transfer Credentials (formerly called Honorable Dismissal)
c) Good Moral Certificate from the previous school graduated
d) *PSA Birth Certificate
e) *Marriage Contract for a married applicant
f) Signed Data Privacy Consent Form (downloadable from the enrollment registration form)

For Graduates of Xavier Ateneo
a) Clearance Slip from the XU Clinic
b) *Marriage Contract for a married applicant
c) Signed Data Privacy Consent Form (downloadable from the enrollment registration form)

Important Reminder:

● Submit a hardcopy of your Transfer Credentials (for Transferee), PSA Birth Certificate and Clearance Slip from XU Clinic to the University Registrar, Lucas Hall Ground Floor. You cannot enroll (term-activated) in any subject unless these documents are received and evaluated by the University Registrar.

● After submitting the requirements for enrollment, kindly wait for the email about the status ofyour enrollment registration. If successful, you will receive the login credentials to yourStudent Lifecycle Management and Information System (SLMIS) account. Class schedulesand other related information can be viewed in the SLMIS.

Higher Education Online Admissions and Enrollment Procedure for 2nd Semester AY 2024-2025 Upperclassmen XU Returnee* Applicant

RETURNEES refer to Xavier Ateneo upperclassmen who intend to enroll for a particular semester but were not enrolled during the previous semester/s. Returnee applicants must have not transferred to another school or university during the un-enrolled semester/s.

Step 1

Access https://forms.gle/9aRQdBYR6gQwp781A to register for the evaluation process for RETURNEE applicants.

Step 2

Wait for the notification via email for the approved ADMISSIONS CLEARANCE FOR RETURNEES. If you do not see the email, check your “junk mail” folder or spam folder.

Step 3

Pay the required down payment of Php3,000.00. Head over here to view the list of accredited Xavier Ateneo payment centers.

•   IMPORTANT: Secure the ADMISSIONS CLEARANCE first before making a downpayment. The instructions for accomplishing the bank forms are indicated on the Admissions Clearance.

Step 4

Head over here for the Online Enrollment Registration.

Prepare clear photos or scanned copies of the following documents for uploading during the online registration:

•   Returnee’s Admissions Clearance

•   Validated Down Payment Deposit slip

•   Signed Data Privacy Consent Form (downloadable from the enrollment registration form)

After submitting the online form, kindly wait for the email about the status of your enrollment registration. If successful, you will receive the login credentials to your Student Lifecycle Management and Information System (SLMIS) account. Class schedules and other related information can be viewed in the SLMIS.
