This year’s MPRF is organized by the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) and Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), in partnership with the Philippine APEC Study Center Network (PASCN) and Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan.

This online event offers an avenue for scholars, policymakers, and stakeholders from Mindanao to participate in an evidence-based conversation about the twin transition, highlighting regional perspectives and actionable recommendations.
