The Panaghugpong 18 Art Bazaar is a curated creative market or fair celebrating art, culture, and community. Organized by the Xavier Center for Culture and the Arts, it brings together artists, makers, and creative entrepreneurs to showcase thoughtfully crafted products at Xavier University Main Campus.
