Join us in this timely forum featuring Nataliya Gumenyuk, renowned Ukrainian journalist and human rights advocate, as she shares her experiences reporting on governance, democracy, and the power of media in shaping public accountability.
The event will also be graced by Her Excellency Yuliia Fediv, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Philippines, and is organized by the DevCom Department, College of Arts and Sciences, in partnership with the Embassy of Ukraine in the Philippines.

In preparation for the Barangay and SK Elections on November 2026, The City COMELEC Offices of Districts 1 and 2, in partnership with the Social Involvement and Advocacy Program (SIAP), SD Coordinators of XU Junior High School and XU Senior High School, XU Central Student Government, and NAMFREL, will hold a Satellite Voter Registration on 18 to 19 November 2025, 8 AM to 5 PM at the following XU Campuses:
18 November – XU Senior High School Lobby (Pueblo Campus)
19 November - XU Magis Walkway (Main Campus)
Please bring a valid ID showing your home address and birthdate. Non-CDO residents may also register through the Register Anywhere Program (RAP). Those who will be 15 years old on or before 2 November 2026 are also eligible to register.
