The Crusader Publication is now accepting applications from aspiring writers, sports writers, broadcasters, photojournalists, freehand artists, layout artists, videographers, motion graphics artists, finance managers, research managers, copy editors, and computer systems managers until 30 August.

Submit the following requirements together with your online application at https://bit.ly/CruHiring2425.
1. Application letter addressed to the Editorial Board
2. A copy of last semester's grades indicating your QPI (for non-freshmen applicants)
3. A copy of your current class schedule (SLMIS weekly calendar view)
4. For Artists: A portfolio of sample works (must be at least 5, compiled in a Google Drive folder)
5. For Writers: A portfolio of sample works and a 200-300 word feature article about yourself (compiled in a Google Drive folder)

Finance, Research, and Computer Systems Managers are not required to submit a portfolio.

There will also be additional requirements aligned with your position/s of choice. You will be able to view them after submitting your application at https://bit.ly/CruHiring2425.

Forty-one years ago today, the assassination of Senator Benigno Aquino Jr marked a pivotal moment in Philippine history. His tragic death catalyzed widespread protests and civil unrest.

The events on 21 August 1983 continuously remind the Filipinos of preserving democracy and protecting human rights.

Let us honor his legacy for the Filipino people, democracy, and the future.

Reviving the tradition of its annual City Fiesta exhibition, the CdeO Arts Guild (CAG) presents Droweng Droweng – an Exhibit on Drawings and Beyond.
The exhibit will open on 24 August 2024 at 3:00 pm at the Museo de Oro Lobby. Exhibit runs from 24 August to 28 September at the Fr Francisco R Demetrio SJ Gallery.
The exhibit emphasizes the significance of drawings and sketches in germinating ideas that explore potentialities of expressions.
